Hardware Disclosure
GDLG is a software company. We do not sell, manufacture, or distribute hardware. We do not have any hardware partnership to announce.
This page is a draft prepared by the product team for counsel review. It is not legal advice and may change. For questions, contact legal@secfilingai.com.
1. A software company
Glidelogic Corp. ("GDLG") is a software company. We build OSINT software and related systems for the analysis of lawful public data. We do not sell, manufacture, or distribute hardware.
2. No hardware sale or recommendation
Hardware selection and acquisition are solely the customer's independent decision. We do not recommend specific controlled hardware, and we do not assist in procurement. We do not have any hardware partnership to announce. A hardware vendor's inclusion in the AI universe is not a partnership, endorsement, or recommendation; vendors are covered on the same criteria as every other company.
3. Referrals
If a customer asks, we may introduce them to hardware vendors. We act solely as an introducer. The vendor sells and ships the hardware directly and is the seller and exporter of record. We do not negotiate hardware purchases, obtain export licenses on the customer's behalf, or assist in procurement. If a referral arrangement is in place, we may receive a referral fee from the vendor; the vendor sets the price, and the fee does not change the customer's price. Any referral arrangement will be disclosed.
4. KYC and consent
We conduct our own KYC and sanctions screening before any future delivery. We may ask for identity, beneficial ownership, end-use information, planned GPU type and quantity, hardware environment, and installation location. With the customer's consent, we may share the minimum necessary information with a hardware vendor for its independent screening and fulfilment. We do not rely solely on the vendor's screening for our own compliance. We may pause or refuse a transaction if we cannot verify the information.
5. GPU enablement condition
GPU-enabled software is conditional. Where the planned hardware configuration, destination, end user, or end use requires a U.S. government export license or other government authorization, we may require a copy of that license or authorization before enabling GPU features. Where no license is required, we may accept a written no-license opinion from your counsel, subject to our review and acknowledgement. We may ask our counsel to review the opinion if there is any ambiguity, controlled configuration, high-risk destination, or red flag. A hardware vendor's written authorization may be requested as supporting evidence, but it is not a substitute for a government license where one is required. If the customer cannot provide the required evidence, we may refuse the GPU-enabled license, suspend GPU features, or offer a CPU-only license at our discretion. A CPU-only license does not authorize GPU use. We do not obtain the government license on the customer's behalf.
6. Compatibility examples
The software is designed to run on high-performance computing GPUs, including NVIDIA GB300, B300, H200, and similar CUDA-capable devices, as well as CPUs. Performance varies by hardware. These are compatibility examples, not recommendations, offers, or commitments that any specific hardware is available or exportable. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by NVIDIA. See the reference hardware profiles.
7. Export controls
Hardware and related technology are subject to U.S. export control and sanctions laws. We do not sell, ship, host, or provide access to controlled hardware for prohibited destinations, restricted parties, or prohibited end uses. Customers must not resell, re-export, or divert hardware or software to such destinations or parties. We do not obtain BIS export licenses on behalf of customers. See the Export Compliance Statement.
