Where SECfilingAI data comes from, the licence basis for each source, and which sources are excluded.

1. Our approach
We use only sources whose terms allow our use, including commercial use and redistribution of derived data where we redistribute it. We respect each source's terms of use and access rules. Sources still under review are marked as such and are not used on the public site or in Sector Packs.
2. Source table
These are the public sources the collector uses. The source list, access paths, and collection rules are on the data sources page.

3. Excluded and not enabled
We do not use paywalled or login-only content, social media, non-public information, market price data, FRED, or datasets whose terms do not allow our use. We do not scrape behind logins and we do not rotate IP addresses or User-Agents.

4. Compiled datasets
Our compiled datasets, such as the AI capex chain map data, are planned to be offered under CC BY 4.0, subject to counsel confirmation. Underlying SEC data is public domain. Open-source plugins are planned to be released under Apache-2.0. OpenBB and Open Data Platform are names of their respective owners; we are not affiliated with them.
